Dress up

So the girls wanted to play dress up and this is what they
dressed themselves in. Cara put on one of Hailey's
skirts as a dress. (a very low cut dress)

Cute little buns

I know it is November and I am behind. I am trying to catch up.
So this is how my girls looked at the end of August.
I saw them in the tub and had to take a picture. So cute!!

Hailey looked so cute!

Our dressing room

Okay I know I am way behind with my blog. ( I have been reminded) But I am going to skip some posts and do this one. (Then I will go back and get updated)

Hailey and I were on tv last week and I got in trouble with some people for not telling them. We were on the show The Doctors. I have a friend that works for the show and asked if we wanted to be on. We both asked a question and got our hair and make up done. Anyways here is how you can watch it. And no laughing!!

Enjoy and we will sign autographs!! Haha

Big Bear

We went to Big Bear with some friends
and had a great time. They had alpine slides
and water slides. Then we went and walked
around the town and had a really yummy dinner.

Hailey and Cara got a treat

Hailey wanted to go down with
Daddy, because he went
faster than Mommy.

I was so nervous that Cara was going to
cry, but she loved it. When we would get
off she would say "more more".
(nice hair, it was windy)

A day at the beach

We went down to Laguna Beach one day
and had so much fun.

Cara got knocked down by a wave

Oh they look so cute

We had so much building sand castles
and watching the waves

We went to Bryce's Grandpa's house again to spend some time with him. He is just so sweet and Hailey just thinks that he is great. It is so cute. He asked the girls if they wanted a ice cream cone and they were so excited! (He eats vanilla ice cream like almost everyday) Cara looks like she doesn't want sit too close to him. But she was a little shy at first, but she opened up and played with him. He played with the girls and they had so much fun. I can't wait to show these pictures to the girls someday so they can see how great he is.

Church with my Great Grandpa

We went to church with Bryce's Grandpa, which Hailey was
so excited about. We went to his house an hour before church so
we could visit. He was so excited that we went to church with
him. He was telling everyone there about us and showing off
Hailey and Cara.

I love this picture except for Cara's binki. (she wouldn't take
the picture without it)

Manning family reunion

We had a great time at the reunion, it was so nice seeing family that we don't get to see that often. We went to a really pretty park and spent the day and had so much fun. They had a lot of great activites and some yummy food. Hailey loved spending time with all the kids she doesn't see much. They had a pinata (I swear Cara got the most candy) and some fun games. It was a great day!!

We also went to Bryce's Aunts house and had dinner and celbrated Bryce's Grandma's 80th birthday. Hailey made her a princess necklace that said "Grandma Great" on it. She loved it and put it right on. She is so sweet.

Our drive to Utah

We went to Utah for a family reunion, and I was absolutely
dreading the drive. It was a long drive with two kids,
a very long drive. But we survived , as these pictures
will show anything to entertain ourselves.
Hailey was taking pictures of me with my phone. When
I say pictures I mean at least 100. I look dumb, but like
I said anything to entertain my two kids.

Cara found the COKE ZERO (it is in caps because it helped
us get through the drive :) ) she wanted it so bad that she
was screaming bloody murder. Can you really blame her??

Hailey just learned how to curl her tongue, I guess in a
10 hour drive you can learn to do just about anything.

Hailey's swim lessons

Hailey was really excited to start swim lessons this summer,
and told me that she was going to learn to swim good so she didn't
have to use her tube anymore. The first day she cried because
she got water in her nose, and she kept saying that she needed
to go to the bathroom. On the second day it completely changed,
she did so good and was so brave. Her teacher couldn't believe
the improvement Hailey made during the two weeks.
Since her lesson she has been swimming without
her tube and doing so good.
Yeah Hailey!!!

You be the judge

I went to Palm Springs for the weekend without the kids.
(I love them but I had so much fun)
Bryce was so worried about doing their hair for church.
I mean worried! He took a picture of the girls
before church. HaHa!! Is Cara's hair parted down the middle???
Hailey told Bryce that he is the worst hair doer ever.

Father's Day

I know this post is a little late, but better late than never. On Father's Day went to the
park with some friends for a picnic. It was so fun! Good weather, good friends and good food.
Our cute family

Mandy, Jocelyn and me

ahh how cute. We have no pictures of us together,
so I made Bryce take this picture. (you know how guys are)

They were thrilled to take this picture.

Cara feeding her baby

A few days ago I told the girls to come eat their breakfast. Fruit loops (what a good Mom I am, so nutirtious). Cara came over with her baby and when I turned around there she was putting her baby in her highchair. She was so excited. So I gave Cara her cereal and she put it on the tray and started to feed it to her baby doll. She even made sounds when she put the spoon to the baby's mouth. After she did that she put the spoon in her mouth and ate it. (Then she smiled, so cute.) These are the moments that I love being a Mom!

This is a picture of Cara at Hailey's soccer game.
She looks socute, I just want to eat her.

Soccer

There were some friends from church on her team.
Two sets of twins on the team, everyone was
talking about it.
Ava, Anna, Ethan, Andrew and Hailey
Grandpa and Grandma came to cheer for Hailey.
She wanted them to see her score a gold.
(that is what she calls a goal)

Bryce helped coach, I love this picture

Mom's day at preschool

Last Saturday was Moms day at Hailey's preschool.
It was so much fun. We played together, made crafts,
ate a snack, read books and even danced. In circle time,
her teacher asked everyone what their favorite thing
was that their Moms made for them. Being the great cook
that I am, I couldn't wait to hear what Hailey had to say.
"I like when my Mommy makes me fruit snacks."
It was so funny! Thanks Hailey for a great day.

My Birthday

On my birthday I woke up to this, it was the
cutest thing. Hailey came into my room and
said Happy Birthday Mom. She is such a sweetie.

My good friends had a birthday brunch for me,
it was so fun (and yummy).

Hailey picked out earrings for me and was
so excited for me to put them on. I opened them
and she said, "Take out those earrings and put mine
on Mommy." Oh she is so adorable.

Bryce got me some really yummy cupcakes

This birthday was a little bit hard for me, but it
turned out to be a really good day. Thanks to
everyone that made my birthday so special.
